unofficial weigh in yesterday-207 weight today: 206.2 loss/gain: los of .8 lbs! woohoo! have to make sure i drink lots of water today, and eat small dinner portions (breakfast and lunch are planned and made) but i’ve got a dinner party at someone’s house and want to enjoy in, but dont want it to mess up my progress–plus no gym tonight! ok ttyl! have a great wednesday!

breakfast:1 tofu dog and ketchup (60), yogurt (60), cereal (35), flax (30), raspberries (32), strawberries (23), 1/2 banana (53), iced tea (0)- total: 293

Dinner: super delicious homemade sweet potato fries, and some noodles/asian broth tofu veggies. also, delish and no clue about calories, hopefully not too much? haha

also no gym today because of the dinner party…but full gym tomorrow!

unofficially weighed in the morning and I weighed in at 207, not 209, so I knew that was water/weekend weight haha. I definitely am changing my official weigh ins to friday, because I think it’s just unfair to make my official weigh in after the weekends.  i still hopped to be lower than 207 by now, but we’ll see what I’m at by friday.  if im at 205 something, that;d be fab–but it’s probably a stretch!

ok, you’ve heard it from me before, but I’m pissed. what the hell.  i weighed in last wednesday at 207.4, and today i weighed in at 209. that just doesnt effing make sense.  i went to the gym for an hour and a half tues, weds,thurs, sat and sunday. i know i went off track a bit on the weekend…but I just dont believe/know how i gained 1.6 lbs. that just doesnt make sense… im so confused/mad etc. we’ll see how my official weigh ins go this week, and see what’s what.

If I truly did gain weight, which is honestly shocking to me, I’m going to need to change my diet somehow, maybe I’ll make it higher protein and no carbs and take out the bread and brown rice and whole wheat pasta and just add more protein and salad.  i really dont quite know what to do, but I cant give up or be frustrated just yet, even though I know I really worked hard at staying on track this week.  and i went to the gym like a crazy person, and it doesnt seem to have paid off. i want to chock all of it up to water weight because I did drink this weekend, and didnt drink that much water, but it still bugs me because I wanted to LOSE weigh and I friggin GAINED. which was NOT in the cards

ok, so for now, I’m gonna leave my diet as is today (because I already made my breakfast and lunch) and still go to the gym, and drink mad water, and then continue to unofficial weigh in everday.

the other possibility is that I could change my OFFICIAL weigh ins to Friday instead of Monday, because maybe it’s just cruel and too psychologically damaging to do an official weigh in after the weekend, when I havent eaten perfectly and havent drinken water.  that may also be a change.  maybe this friday will be another official weigh in, and I’ll start doing it on Fridays instead of Mondays.  cuz it kind of sucks to have your monday ruined. hahaha.

any thoughts, peeps?! ok off to work! trying not to let this ruin my day!!

weight today: 205.2  weight yesterday: 206 gain/loss: loss of .8 lbs! woohoo!!

i’m definitely seeing the results of planned diet and good workouts!! I need to keep it up, and I know I’ll see results.  My big challenge is this weekend. I am always fine during the week, because I cook my B, L and D and go to the gym every night, but during the weekend everything is a little more up in the air, especially food, so I need to be really conscientious this weekend.  I am not going to the gym tonight because I am going out with some coworkers, but I AM going to the gym to do a full 45/45 workout both Saturday and Sunday!  And I am going to try and only eat ONE meal out MAX per day.  I know I am having dinner out tonight, not sure of my meals Saturday and Sunday, but that can and would really influence my progress, so I have to be REALLy careful about that!.  And official weigh in is on Monday and I would Love to see a 2lb loss!! WOOHOO! ok off to work and then out tonight!

i think tomorrow will be almost a completely on track day with breakfast, lunch and even dinner may be in, but I think I will be drinking tomorrow night.  i am however going to the gym for the 2nd day of week 4 of c25k tomorrow and gymming on sunday too!

Unofficial weigh in today: 206    Yesterday’s Weight: 207.4   Loss/Gain: Loss of 1.4 lbs.  It was most likely water weight, etc. etc. But I’m NOT Complaining!! (btw, I weigh myself everyday to keep myself on track, but only the Monday weigh ins are official and “count”)

The goal is to stay on my food plan the whole day with no outside snacks! B, L and D are all planned out!  Gym this afternoon, starting week 4 of C25k! WooHoo!

Gym: 45 min on the elliptical, and 45 min of weights and abs! woohoo! tomorrow is day one of week four of c25k!!

so sadly, but surely I weighed in this morning and im at 207.4 lbs.  that’s a high number for me, and 20 lbs higher than my lowest weight.  but at least im still 20 lbs lower than my heighest weight.

anyways! that’s the truth and it was good to face it.  I will be doing unofficial weigh-ins every day, and official weigh ins on Monday mornings, and those are the ones that count.  Ideally I would lose 2lbs per week, but we’ll see.  so my short term goal right now is to reach onderland.  once I get there, i’ll put out more specific goals.

the truth hurts, but sets us free. it’s time to face the facts and deal with them!

i woke up this morning and had a bunch of stuff to deal with, and completely forgot to weigh in. i had some phone calls to make etc, and then i ate my tofu dog and realized I totally had forgotten about that.

So, I will be officially weighing in tomorrow, but staying completely on track today. and, I’m really going to weigh in tomorrow morning. I promise!
