Monday–and quite on track woohoo!
General September 22nd, 2009So, after my weekend of no gym (due to taking it easy after the car accident) and not being super careful about what I ate, I am super back on track today. As you’ll see with my food and gym stuff below. Tomorrow’s my first unofficial weigh in of the week. I’m a little nervous but I’ve got to see that number, and official weigh in is on friday! i can stay on track all week! woohoo!

Breakfast: 1 tofu dog and ketchup (60), Yogurt-1/2 cup- 60, Cereal-1/4 cup-35, Flax- 1 tbsp- 30, raspberries- ½ cup-32, 4 med/large strawberries(8 small ones)- ½ cup 23, ½ banana- 53, iced tea: 0
total: 293
Lunch:
Turkey burger -170, apple: 70, Spinach, mushrooms, some shredded carrot, snow peas and snap peas-100, 1 hersheys kiss: 22 total: 322
Snack: 1 pluot (30), 20 grapes (60), string cheese (60) – 150
Dinner: cottage cheese (90) and spinach bolani (65), baby carrots (35), kombucha (35)-225
Total: 1030—DONE (it was actually a little more than this probably closer to 1200 because i snacked on some salami and white nectarine)
Gym: 45 min of treadmill including day 2 of week 5 of c25k (HOW AM I EVER GOING TO DO DAY 3?) and 45 min of weights and abs.
and plenty of water and tea! woohooo!

white nectarine — sounds heavenly. That’s been one of the hardest parts of my diet - avoiding the summer fruits this year. Sigh.
When I did C25K I think it was around week 5 or 6 that I started having to repeat weeks until I was able to get through that level without dying so I could move on. I remember one of them I repeated 3 times. I never got injured, and I did make good progress, but I took it nice and slow.
I’m proud of you for doing it - it’s a tough program!
