tuesday on track! woohoo

unofficial weigh in is 204.6 ! woohoo! i think not eating large meals at night is SUCH a big difference for me! woohoo! ok time to for work! I can feel it, it’s an ontrack day! back later, y’all!

Hi All! Today was another on track day! woohoo it feels great! hoping the unofficial weigh in tomorrow shows my progress!! about to post food and gym below. tomorrow will be a little irregular because I am going out of town tomorrow night (but just for  short, less than 24 hr trip), so breakfast and lunch will be on track tomorrow, but no planned dinner or gym, and then ill be starting on track again on Thursday starting with breakfast and C25k week 5 day 3 (AHHHHH!) on Thursday eve at the gym.  Also, I found Suz’s podcasts which im SO excited about because the music is WAY more to my tastes, because even though Ullrey’s was great, the music was SO boring to me, so i’m really excited about these podcasts WOOHOO. ill let you know how it goes on thursday!

Breakfast: 1 tofu dog and ketchup (60), Yogurt-1/2 cup- 60, Cereal-1/4 cup-35, Flax- 1 tbsp- 30

blackberries- ½ cup-32, 4 med/large strawberries(8 small ones)- ½ cup 23, ½ banana- 53, iced tea: 0

total: 293

Lunch:

Chicken breast- 130, apple: 70, Spinach, mushrooms, some shredded carrot, snow peas and snap peas + dressing-150, 1 hersheys kiss: 22, total: 372

Snack: 1 pluot (30), 20 grapes (60), string cheese (60) – 150

Dinner: cottage cheese (90) and spinach bolani (65),chocolate almond milk (100), some salami (50), white nectarine (70)- 375

Total: 1190—DONE

Gym: 45 min of elliptical, 50 min weights and abs!

PLENTY of water and tea ALL day

So, after my weekend of no gym (due to taking it easy after the car accident) and not being super careful about what I ate, I am super back on track today. As you’ll see with my food and gym stuff below.  Tomorrow’s my first unofficial weigh in of the week.  I’m a little nervous but I’ve got to see that number, and official weigh in is on friday! i can stay on track all week! woohoo!

Lunch:

Turkey burger -170, apple: 70, Spinach, mushrooms, some shredded carrot, snow peas and snap peas-100, 1 hersheys kiss: 22 total: 322

Snack: 1 pluot (30), 20 grapes (60), string cheese (60) – 150

Dinner: cottage cheese (90) and spinach bolani (65), baby carrots (35), kombucha (35)-225

Total: 1030—DONE (it was actually a little more than this probably closer to 1200 because i snacked on some salami and white nectarine)

Gym: 45 min of treadmill including day 2 of week 5 of c25k (HOW AM I EVER GOING TO DO DAY 3?) and 45 min of weights and abs.

and plenty of water and tea! woohooo!
