Did my official friday weigh in today, because I’ve moved weigh-ins to Fridays, and it was 205.2! Not bad!! I wanted to be at onederland next week, which doesnt seem possible, but I think I can get really close next week. I’ve realized, when for example I look at what I ate yeserday, that eating and exercise are correlated with weight loss, but I just have to be SO careful, because on the weekends when I eat one or two meals that I dont cook, it completely throws me off, which is why Fridays are weigh in days now, and not Mondays.  But! I’m still going to really TRY to be on plan Fri night, Sat and Sunday, and even do unofficial weigh ins on those mornings too.  I can do this and i WANT Onderland! Friday:

Breakfast: 1 tofu dog and ketchup (60), Yogurt-1/2 cup- 60, Cereal-1/4 cup-35, Flax- 1 tbsp- 30, raspberries- ½ cup-32, 4 med/large strawberries(8 small ones)- ½ cup 23, ½ banana- 53, iced tea: 0. total: 293

Lunch: Chicken Breast- 130, plum: 30, Spinach, mushrooms, some shredded carrot, snow peas and snap peas-100, 1 hersheys kiss: 22, total: 282

Snack: 1 pluot (30), 20 grapes (60) – 90

Dinner: Trader joes mini pizza (290) and healthy choice soup (200)…I know it was a crappy dinner but we’ll get to my terrible turn of the day in a minute.

Total: 1155 maybe a bit more, I ate some dried mango, etc etc…

Gym: (before my day turned bad): 45 min elliptical and 45 min of weights and abs.

So my day turned bad because on my car ride home someone fricking REAR ENDED me while I was stopped and trying to merge onto a busy street. I was SO mad. And I hit my head on the steering wheel. So I had to change my plans for tonight, go to the emergency room (I’m fine!) but it was inconvenient, my mom was worried, etc etc. So that really through off my day, and I’m going to try and move onward and upward this weekend, but I think I’ll be sore and what not. (also, I don’t think I’ll be able to go to the gym tomorrow due to soreness and being told not to do strenuous work, but I’ll see how I feel on Sunday). So the big goal this weekend will be to not go off track with food, even if I don’t go to the gym. I just have to focus on myself and feeling good mentally and physically.
