humpday–woohoo!
General 1 Comment »unofficial weigh in yesterday-207 weight today: 206.2 loss/gain: los of .8 lbs! woohoo! have to make sure i drink lots of water today, and eat small dinner portions (breakfast and lunch are planned and made) but i’ve got a dinner party at someone’s house and want to enjoy in, but dont want it to mess up my progress–plus no gym tonight! ok ttyl! have a great wednesday!
breakfast:1 tofu dog and ketchup (60), yogurt (60), cereal (35), flax (30), raspberries (32), strawberries (23), 1/2 banana (53), iced tea (0)- total: 293
Lunch: bread (100), laughing cow (35), turkey (90), spinach (10), white nectarine (70), baby carrots (35), 1 hersheys kiss (22)- total 362
Snack: 20 green grapes (60) - 60
Dinner: super delicious homemade sweet potato fries, and some noodles/asian broth tofu veggies. also, delish and no clue about calories, hopefully not too much? haha
also no gym today because of the dinner party…but full gym tomorrow!
