unofficially weighed in the morning and I weighed in at 207, not 209, so I knew that was water/weekend weight haha. I definitely am changing my official weigh ins to friday, because I think it’s just unfair to make my official weigh in after the weekends.  i still hopped to be lower than 207 by now, but we’ll see what I’m at by friday.  if im at 205 something, that;d be fab–but it’s probably a stretch!

breakfast:1 tofu dog and ketchup (60), yogurt (60), cereal (35), flax (30), raspberries (32), strawberries (23), 1/2 banana (53), iced tea (0)- total: 293

Lunch: bread (100), laughing cow (35), turkey (90), spinach (10), white nectarine (70), baby carrots (35), 1 hersheys kiss (22)- total 362

Snack: 20 green grapes (60), 1 pluot (30) -90

Dinner: tofu (105), veggies (125), brown rice (80), egg white (50), soy sauce (40)- total: 400

oops: 3 mini chocolate chip cookies (fresh baked! i did it myself–oops!)- 140

total:  1285–>not terrible

Gym: 33 min of elliptical, 45 min of weights and abs

(no gym tomorrow, because I’ve got an after work engagement, but should be back to c25k thursday! let’s hope!)
