this is not a happy monday am–stupid weigh in/SO confused

ok, you’ve heard it from me before, but I’m pissed. what the hell.  i weighed in last wednesday at 207.4, and today i weighed in at 209. that just doesnt effing make sense.  i went to the gym for an hour and a half tues, weds,thurs, sat and sunday. i know i went off track a bit on the weekend…but I just dont believe/know how i gained 1.6 lbs. that just doesnt make sense… im so confused/mad etc. we’ll see how my official weigh ins go this week, and see what’s what.

If I truly did gain weight, which is honestly shocking to me, I’m going to need to change my diet somehow, maybe I’ll make it higher protein and no carbs and take out the bread and brown rice and whole wheat pasta and just add more protein and salad.  i really dont quite know what to do, but I cant give up or be frustrated just yet, even though I know I really worked hard at staying on track this week.  and i went to the gym like a crazy person, and it doesnt seem to have paid off. i want to chock all of it up to water weight because I did drink this weekend, and didnt drink that much water, but it still bugs me because I wanted to LOSE weigh and I friggin GAINED. which was NOT in the cards

ok, so for now, I’m gonna leave my diet as is today (because I already made my breakfast and lunch) and still go to the gym, and drink mad water, and then continue to unofficial weigh in everday.

the other possibility is that I could change my OFFICIAL weigh ins to Friday instead of Monday, because maybe it’s just cruel and too psychologically damaging to do an official weigh in after the weekend, when I havent eaten perfectly and havent drinken water.  that may also be a change.  maybe this friday will be another official weigh in, and I’ll start doing it on Fridays instead of Mondays.  cuz it kind of sucks to have your monday ruined. hahaha.

any thoughts, peeps?! ok off to work! trying not to let this ruin my day!!

breakfast:1 tofu dog and ketchup (60), yogurt (60), cereal (35), flax (30), raspberries (32), strawberries (23), 1/2 banana (53), iced tea (0)- total: 293

Lunch: bread (100), laughing cow (35), turkey (90), spinach (10), white nectarine (70), baby carrots (35), 1 hersheys kiss (22)- total 362

Snack: 20 green grapes (60), 1 pluot (30) -90

dinner: Dinner: 1/2 cup of  WW pasta (100), 3 turkey meatballs (150), 1/2 cup of sauce (50), spinach (30), mushrooms (40), parmesean cheese (40)-410

+ 1 hershey’s kiss (22)

total: 1177–>woohoo

Gym: 45 min cardio/treadmill including finishing day 3 of week 4 of c25k, SO scared for week 5, and 45 min weights and abs woohoo!

+ plenty of water!

brunch: chicken naan wrap from the farmers market (it was soooo delicious)

snack: some spinach bolani and grapes

dinner: some whole foods asian chicken, potstickers and noodles (not the healthies, but I was too tired to cook)

gym: 45 min elliptical; 45 min weights and abs

tomorrow is monday official weigh in–im nervous! yikes! wish me luck!
