Saturday and trying to be on track!!

dinner-ish: Dinner: tofu (147), veggies (135), brown rice (100), egg white (50), soy sauce (40)- total: 472
cals so far: 882; appx left: 318.. yikes..i’ve got a party tonight..how many cals is a rum and coke?! plus I have a major froyo craving..we’ll see whether or not that comes to fruition..
Gym: 45 min cardio/treadmill including completing day 2 of week 4 of c25k, and 45 min of weights and abs
water: lots and lots
