Thursday and progress is being madeeee!
General 1 Comment »Unofficial weigh in today: 206 Yesterday’s Weight: 207.4 Loss/Gain: Loss of 1.4 lbs. It was most likely water weight, etc. etc. But I’m NOT Complaining!! (btw, I weigh myself everyday to keep myself on track, but only the Monday weigh ins are official and “count”)
The goal is to stay on my food plan the whole day with no outside snacks! B, L and D are all planned out! Gym this afternoon, starting week 4 of C25k! WooHoo!

Food:
breakfast:1 tofu dog and ketchup (60), yogurt (60), cereal (35), flax (30), blueberries (42), strawberries (23), 1/2 banana (53), iced tea (0)- total: 303
Lunch: bread (100), laughing cow (35), turkey (78), spinach (10), apple (80), baby carrots (35), 1 hersheys kiss (22)- total 347
Snack: 20 green grapes (60), 17 Chinese crackers (55), = total: 115
My one oops snack (one fresh baked chocolate cookie) (120)
Dinner: 1/2 cup of dry WW pasta (100), 3 turkey meatballs (150), 1/2 cup of sauce (50), spinach (30), mushrooms (40), parmesean cheese (40)-410
Dessert: 1 hershey kiss (22) and some kombucha (20)-42
Total: 1337–yikes! people need to stop bringing in fresh baked double chocolate cookies to work!
Workout: 45 min of cardio/treadmill including Day 1 of week 4 of C25k Complete. (that day was really hard!…im really scared about day 3 of week 5 which isnt too far away!! yikesss!) and 45 min of weights and abs!
