omgg weigh in fail! weigh in tomorrow, on track today!
General No Comments »i woke up this morning and had a bunch of stuff to deal with, and completely forgot to weigh in. i had some phone calls to make etc, and then i ate my tofu dog and realized I totally had forgotten about that.
So, I will be officially weighing in tomorrow, but staying completely on track today. and, I’m really going to weigh in tomorrow morning. I promise!
food so far:
breakfast:1 tofu dog and ketchup (60), yogurt (60), cereal (35), flax (30), blueberries (42), strawberries (23), 1/2 banana (53), iced tea (0)- total: 303
Lunch: bread (100), laughing cow (35), turkey (78), spinach (10), apple (80), baby carrots (35), 1 hersheys kiss (22)- total 347
Snack: apple pear (51), 2 celery stalks (20)-71 (ps. im so over celery–im going to finish the bag i have but then im done..not yummy and too much effort)
Dinner: 2 tortillas (120), vegan pepperoni (40), cheese (90), spinach (30), mushrooms (25), salsa (20)- 325
some random snacks i shouldnt have eaten at work (ugh i hate that we have a snack corner full of delish-ness!–goal for tomorrow–eat nothing from the snack corner!!)-some ritz crackers and gummy bears (200?) boo
Total: 1246–blah stupid snacks! goal for tomorrow is no snacks that i didnt bring/plan
Gym was amazing!!! 45 min cardio and c25k week 3 day 3 done twice! now on to week 4! 45 min weights and abs too!
