I was on track today. my unofficial weigh in was okay, but not great. still working to onderland by friday, fingers crossed/we’ll see!

Breakfast: 1 tofu dog and ketchup (60), Yogurt-1/2 cup- 60, Cereal-1/4 cup-35, Flax- 1 tbsp- 30

Blueberries- ½ cup-42, 4 med/large strawberries(8 small ones)- ½ cup 23, ½ banana- 53, iced tea: 0

total: 303

Lunch:

Chicken breast- 130, apple: 70, Spinach, mushrooms, some shredded carrot, snow peas and snap peas and dressing-150, 1 hersheys kiss: 22, total: 372

Snack: 20 grapes (60), string cheese (60) – 120

Dinner: cottage cheese (90), spinach bolani (65), chocolate almond milk (60), some salami (100) -315

Total: 1110-(actually  a little higher for some snacks I didnt count…oops!)

gym: 45 min elliptical and 45 min weights and abs!

I completed Day 3 of week 5 of C25K today! Which means I jogged 20 minutes straight at 4.5 mph! amazing! im so proud of myself!! that means on Wednesday I’ll be starting week 6!  woohoo!!! yayayay! ok food blog coming soon!

but gym: 35 min treadmill (including c25k) and 45 min weights and abs!

Total: 1205—DONE.  a little higher than i wanted, but not terrible. at least the noodle kugel will be out of my kitchen tomorrow am, im bringing it to work.

water was fine. first unofficial weigh in of the week tomorrow…yikes! wish me luck! so excited i completed day 3 of week 5 of c25k! i felt so good about myself! woohooo!

the weekend.

i was more or less off track/plan this weekend with food.  but i did go to the gym today! 12 min treadmill, 33 min elliptical and 45 min weights and abs! woohoo! tomorrow im attempting day 3 of week 5 of c25k again..i’ll keep trying until i get it. my goal tomorrow (if i cant do all 20 min of the run) is to do the first 10, take a 2-4 min fast walk and hten do the next 10.  we’ll see how it goes.  unofficial weigh ins tues, weds and thurs, and official on Friday.  hoping to get to Onderland! it’s going to be a strict and on plan week!!!

Lost 1.2 lbs this week! Woohoo! but still in stupid 200s! Even though it could be ambitious, next week is an entirely normal week for me, so I’m going to attempt rigorous gym sunday-thursday, and 100% on plan eating, to see if I cant get to Onderland by Friday.  So that’s the goal for next Friday, October 2nd, going to the gym today, sunday, monday, tuesday, wednesday and thursday (at least), eating 100% on plan all those days, drinking tons of water, and hitting some # in Onderland..I CAN DO IT! but i must focus, and not lose track this weekend!!  (back later!)

so today was id say 68% on track.

breakfast and lunch were the normal, yogurt, salad, etc. but dinner was delicious ramen with a friend, that i certainly enjoyed. tomorrow will be a little off track too because I have a footbal game to go to, but sunday should be close to 100% on track with gym and food etc. still aiming for onderland next friday, but need to enjoy the weekend.

also, attempted c25k day 3 of week 5 today and FAILED. i will keep trying it again until i succeed. i will either try again on sunday or monday.! i’ll keep you posted! happy weekend all!

kind of a mess, got less than 5 hours of sleep. was about 45% on food track, and didnt go to the gym cuz i was so tired and stayed at work late. tomorrow’s Friday official weigh in. hope it goes okay. tomorrow is day 3 of week 5 of c25k yikes. hope to be more on plan tomorrow and this weekend and week! wish me luck!

unofficial weigh in at 203.8 today! the # are going down! woohoo! unfortunately a) i wont be weighing in tomorrow because I wont be at home and b) I am ahving an of plan dinner tonight, but I am getting right back on plan tomorrow and will be going to the gym tomorrow night with day 3 week 5 of c25k. AND official weigh in is Friday.  I’m hoping for a LOW #, even though onderland seems out of range this week…it’s definitely a possibility for next week!  just have to stay on plan!!

ok, im off to have an on plan breakfast and lunch.  i dont think I’ll be able to blog anymore tonight, but I should be back blogging by tomorrow night! have a good hump day, all!

unofficial weigh in is 204.6 ! woohoo! i think not eating large meals at night is SUCH a big difference for me! woohoo! ok time to for work! I can feel it, it’s an ontrack day! back later, y’all!

Hi All! Today was another on track day! woohoo it feels great! hoping the unofficial weigh in tomorrow shows my progress!! about to post food and gym below. tomorrow will be a little irregular because I am going out of town tomorrow night (but just for  short, less than 24 hr trip), so breakfast and lunch will be on track tomorrow, but no planned dinner or gym, and then ill be starting on track again on Thursday starting with breakfast and C25k week 5 day 3 (AHHHHH!) on Thursday eve at the gym.  Also, I found Suz’s podcasts which im SO excited about because the music is WAY more to my tastes, because even though Ullrey’s was great, the music was SO boring to me, so i’m really excited about these podcasts WOOHOO. ill let you know how it goes on thursday!

So, after my weekend of no gym (due to taking it easy after the car accident) and not being super careful about what I ate, I am super back on track today. As you’ll see with my food and gym stuff below.  Tomorrow’s my first unofficial weigh in of the week.  I’m a little nervous but I’ve got to see that number, and official weigh in is on friday! i can stay on track all week! woohoo!

Dinner: cottage cheese (90) and spinach bolani (65), baby carrots (35), kombucha (35)-225

Total: 1030—DONE (it was actually a little more than this probably closer to 1200 because i snacked on some salami and white nectarine)

Gym: 45 min of treadmill including day 2 of week 5 of c25k (HOW AM I EVER GOING TO DO DAY 3?) and 45 min of weights and abs.

and plenty of water and tea! woohooo!

Did my official friday weigh in today, because I’ve moved weigh-ins to Fridays, and it was 205.2! Not bad!! I wanted to be at onederland next week, which doesnt seem possible, but I think I can get really close next week. I’ve realized, when for example I look at what I ate yeserday, that eating and exercise are correlated with weight loss, but I just have to be SO careful, because on the weekends when I eat one or two meals that I dont cook, it completely throws me off, which is why Fridays are weigh in days now, and not Mondays.  But! I’m still going to really TRY to be on plan Fri night, Sat and Sunday, and even do unofficial weigh ins on those mornings too.  I can do this and i WANT Onderland! OK, happy Friday y’all!! talk to you later today!!

Friday:

Lunch: Chicken Breast- 130, plum: 30, Spinach, mushrooms, some shredded carrot, snow peas and snap peas-100, 1 hersheys kiss: 22, total: 282

Snack: 1 pluot (30), 20 grapes (60) – 90

Dinner: Trader joes mini pizza (290) and healthy choice soup (200)…I know it was a crappy dinner but we’ll get to my terrible turn of the day in a minute.

Total: 1155 maybe a bit more, I ate some dried mango, etc etc…

Gym: (before my day turned bad): 45 min elliptical and 45 min of weights and abs.

So my day turned bad because on my car ride home someone fricking REAR ENDED me while I was stopped and trying to merge onto a busy street. I was SO mad. And I hit my head on the steering wheel. So I had to change my plans for tonight, go to the emergency room (I’m fine!) but it was inconvenient, my mom was worried, etc etc. So that really through off my day, and I’m going to try and move onward and upward this weekend, but I think I’ll be sore and what not. (also, I don’t think I’ll be able to go to the gym tomorrow due to soreness and being told not to do strenuous work, but I’ll see how I feel on Sunday). So the big goal this weekend will be to not go off track with food, even if I don’t go to the gym. I just have to focus on myself and feeling good mentally and physically.

So, I unofficially weighed in today, and of course the day after I had a huge un-calorie counted dinner, and no gym, I weighed in at 207.4. great! not…tomorrow if my ‘Friday’ official weigh in, so we’ll see if we can get that down.  I seem to be in a bit of a plateau right now, where I can’t consistenly go below 207 for more than a day or two, so this weekend I think I’m going to spend some time reading my old journal entries, especially from last summer, when I was losing weight really consistently, and see what I can/need to change, and do some more grocery shopping this weekend. maybe i need more protein and less carbs, more veggies, less fruit etc etc. I’ll decide after some reading this weekend and formulate and new menu for this week, and see what i weigh in at next friday.  because i’m feeling good, but there is no point in me putting in all this effort with food and menus and the gym, if I’m not going to lose weight, and honestly, i was planning on being at onderland by next week, which doesnt look like it’s going to happen. so! time to get serious! (even though I thought I already was being serious).

Total for today: 1075! woohoo! and i was full all day!

Gym: 33 min of elliptical including complete day 1 of week 5 of C25k (im so scared for day 2 and day 3) and 45 min or weights and abs.

and tons of tea and water! woohoo! what an awesome day! Tomorrow’s friday! WOOHOO!
