lunch: some salad, a few baked fries, 1/4 of a veggie burger, but it wasnt good so i had some honey nut cheerios and soy milk

snack: apple

dinner: some salad, tofu/spinach casserole, and some rice

water: 3 down 3 to go

workout: 45 min elliptical 50 min weights and abs
