thursday! this week is going by fast!!!

got about 6.5 hours last night, not as good as 7 but better than 6. i was study for a test which is why I was up late.

i had a very good UnOfficial weigh in today, but im not going to spoil/jinx it because tomorrow is my official weigh in.  im going out with a friend tonight so this is a reminder that I really have to stay on track today.  I dont have time to do a  full gym work out today, but I am going to the gym for about an hr, maybe an hour and 15 min, im just very on the clock, cuz i have to rush home after, shower, change and then go to class…

but if i have about an hour at the gym, is it better to do 30 min of cardio and 30 of weights and abs, or do my usualy 45 min cardio, and then just do 15 min of pretty much abs? thoughts?

bfast: 2 tangerines (80) and tea (0)-80

snack: 4 cashews (36) and coffee with splash of nf milk (25)-61

lunch: 1 veggie burger (150?) and a large salad (150)-300

snack: 1 spoon of honey roasted peanut butter (100)

dinner: i split with a friend some rice, tofu and beef (all asian) and a hazelnut cake it was delicious…calories? no clue…hope it doesnt hurt my weigh in..

water: 5 down 1 to go

workout: 20 min rowing machine, 20 min spinning bike, 10 min abs

official weigh in tomorrow! scary!
