General April 29th, 2009got 7 hours of sleep last night! my unofficial weigh in was good today so im in a good mood!
lunch: 1 piece of ww bread (100), some pastrami (85), 2 tangerines (40),1 skinny cow bar (100), skinny water (0) strawberries (80)-total: 405
dinner: salad (45), green beans (75), 1 piece of lasagna (300?), 1 small piece of bread (80)-500
eve snack:
cals: 905 consumed, appx left: 195
water: 6 down–woohoo!
gym: 45 min elliptical, 45 min weights and abs.
