dinner: salad (45), green beans (75), 1 piece of lasagna (300?), 1 small piece of bread (80)-500
eve snack:
cals: 905 consumed, appx left: 195
water: 6 down–woohoo!
gym: 45 min elliptical, 45 min weights and abs.
