tuesday! on track! sleep changes everything!!!
General April 28th, 2009my morning class was canceled so i got 8 hours of sleep last night and my day has been so much better. i really need to focus on gettin 7-8 hours of sleep for night. i have more energy and feel infinitely better! anyways on track today and it feels gooood.
bfast: tangerine (40)
lunch: soup 120, salad 170, skinny cow 100: 390
snack: coffee w/ splash of nf milk (20) and tangerine after the gym (40)-60
dinner: spinach with balsamic (45), some braised tofu (130), small bite of chicken (didnt like how it was prepared (45?)), creamy polenta (150), 1/2 an oatmeal cookie (110), and half cup of milk (45)- 525
evening lite snack: coffee and a piece of ww bread with pastrami. maybe i should have had a tangerine..oops
water: 6 done! woohoo!
gym: 45 min ellipitcal and 45 min weights and abs! woot woot!
