last night was…fun/too much food/alcohol etc etc

i did a power hour last night…or at least half of one..and drank a lot of beer (more than I ever drink!) and ate some food that was definitely not on plan.  so while i usually treat my Saturday’s as my cheat days for food…this week, Friday was my cheat day…and now saturday I am back on plan.

breakfast: tangerine (40) and yogurt (100)-140

bottles of water: 1 down 5 to go

workout: dont know if it will be happening today or not…if not, for sure tomorrow!
