Going to Lose: My Weightloss Journey!

I did my official weigh in today and was 201.2….so i didnt hit onderland…but I was at 204.6 on Monday so I lost 3.4 lbs in one week, which im really proud of. my goal will definitely be to hit Onderland+ by next Friday, but my biggest challenge will be to stay completely on track this weekend and not forget or ignore my eating rules, because the weekend is really when i get off track.

no food yet today, and not sure if today or tomorrow will be my rest day…we’ll see.

back in a bit!

happy friday

lunch: small bit of chow mein with grilled tofu (220), salad (150), and some grapes (60)- 430

snack: 1/2 cup of soy milk (50), and some cereal (100)-150

dinner: some chicken (95), 2.5 veggie potsticker (120?), and 1/2 a brownie (105)-320

water: 1 down 5 to go

gym: either going later tonight, or today will be my one rest day for 7 days

calories: 900; appx left:200

3.4 lbs is amazing!! Keep your goals reasonable so you avoid disappointment.. this is definitely something to celebrate and you will be in onederland in no time!

You DID have a great week! Remember this weekend; if you are hungry above the neck, FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO DO but eat. If you are hungry below the neck, feed it wisely. :)
