General 4 Comments »I weighed in this morning at 202.4 which is 2.2 lbs lower than yesterday!! Very few carbs, lots of water and working out is the way to go! I know it! I will hit Onderland this week!! I know I will/can, if I keep this plan up and dont get off track!!! I just have to stay focused!!! YAY! what good motivation! I can do this!!
Breakfast: 1 yogurt (80), tea (0), and some iced coffee with a splash of nf milk (20)-100
lunch: bowl of tomato soup (150?), slice of turkey (30), some tofu (100), and 1 tangerine (40)- 320
dinner: salad with balsamic (85), small amount of noodles with grilled tofu (350?), small bite of my friends cake (95?)-total: 530
total so far: 950, appx left: 150
snack left tonight: 1 mango! woohoO! if im still hungry im allowed to go over in cals, but only with a tangerine!
water: 6 bottles done! probably go over at least 2!
workout: 45 min elliptical. 45 min weights and abs!
