so far today:
breakfast: yogurt (100)
lunch: salad and slightly too big sandwhich
dinner: rice, beef korma and a chocolate cookie
snack: 100 cal popcorn and an orange
water: 5 down one in the process
workout: 46 min elliptical, 40 min weights and abs! nice!
