thursday! this week is going by fast!!!

got about 6.5 hours last night, not as good as 7 but better than 6. i was study for a test which is why I was up late.

i had a very good UnOfficial weigh in today, but im not going to spoil/jinx it because tomorrow is my official weigh in.  im going out with a friend tonight so this is a reminder that I really have to stay on track today.  I dont have time to do a  full gym work out today, but I am going to the gym for about an hr, maybe an hour and 15 min, im just very on the clock, cuz i have to rush home after, shower, change and then go to class…

but if i have about an hour at the gym, is it better to do 30 min of cardio and 30 of weights and abs, or do my usualy 45 min cardio, and then just do 15 min of pretty much abs? thoughts?

bfast: 2 tangerines (80) and tea (0)-80

snack: 4 cashews (36) and coffee with splash of nf milk (25)-61

lunch: 1 veggie burger (150?) and a large salad (150)-300

snack: 1 spoon of honey roasted peanut butter (100)

dinner: i split with a friend some rice, tofu and beef (all asian) and a hazelnut cake it was delicious…calories? no clue…hope it doesnt hurt my weigh in..

calories so far: 541; appx left: 559

water: 5 down 1 to go

workout: 20 min rowing machine, 20 min spinning bike, 10 min abs

got 7 hours of sleep last night! my unofficial weigh in was good today so im in a good mood!

lunch: 1 piece of ww bread (100), some pastrami (85), 2 tangerines (40),1 skinny cow bar (100), skinny water (0) strawberries (80)-total: 405

dinner: salad (45), green beans (75), 1 piece of lasagna (300?), 1 small piece of bread (80)-500

eve snack:

cals: 905 consumed, appx left: 195

water: 6 down–woohoo!

gym: 45 min elliptical, 45 min weights and abs.

my morning class was canceled so i got 8 hours of sleep last night and my day has been so much better. i really need to focus on gettin 7-8 hours of sleep for night. i have more energy and feel infinitely better! anyways on track today and it feels gooood.

bfast: tangerine (40)

lunch: soup 120, salad 170, skinny cow 100: 390

snack: coffee w/ splash of nf milk (20) and tangerine after the gym (40)-60

dinner: spinach with balsamic (45), some braised tofu (130), small bite of chicken (didnt like how it was prepared (45?)), creamy polenta (150), 1/2 an oatmeal cookie (110), and half cup of milk (45)- 525

evening lite snack: coffee and a piece of ww bread with pastrami. maybe i should have had a tangerine..oops

water: 6 done! woohoo!

gym: 45 min ellipitcal and 45 min weights and abs! woot woot!

didnt really track food this weekend. didnt go to the gym..i suck etc etc

but i do plan on staying on track during the week and doign some gym:

last night was…fun/too much food/alcohol etc etc

i did a power hour last night…or at least half of one..and drank a lot of beer (more than I ever drink!) and ate some food that was definitely not on plan.  so while i usually treat my Saturday’s as my cheat days for food…this week, Friday was my cheat day…and now saturday I am back on plan.

breakfast: tangerine (40) and yogurt (100)-140

bottles of water: 1 down 5 to go

workout: dont know if it will be happening today or not…if not, for sure tomorrow!

I did my official weigh in today and was 201.2….so i didnt hit onderland…but I was at 204.6 on Monday so I lost 3.4 lbs in one week, which im really proud of. my goal will definitely be to hit Onderland+ by next Friday, but my biggest challenge will be to stay completely on track this weekend and not forget or ignore my eating rules, because the weekend is really when i get off track.

no food yet today, and not sure if today or tomorrow will be my rest day…we’ll see.

I never have class or work on Fridays, so Thursday is the last day of my week! Woohoo!

So I did an unofficial weigh in this AM and things are looking really good! I lost almost a pound from yesterday!  However, im still not sure that I will make it to Onderland tomorrow…I am going to REALLY plan on staying on track today, and do a great work out a low carb high protein intake and see how it goes.  If i dont hit Onderland tomorrow i KNOW i will be able to hit it next week AS LONG as i stay on track this weekend which will DEFINITELY be the biggest challenge.  I really want to hit Onderland tomorrow at my official weigh in…but I’m just not sure its possible.  Oh well, i know i’ve done a great job this week, and I have to rememember that I weighed in at 204.6 on Monday, so I’ve definitely lost a few pounds in 5 days…it just might be impossible to lose almost 5 lbs in 5 days… that was probably unrealistic.  anyways, im glad im on track and losing, and my main challenge will be to keep it up this weekend and not go too above my calorie range.  I think I will be having a gym rest day either Saturday or Sunday, I havent decided yet.

Breakfast: yogurt (100) and tea (0)-100

lunch: turkey burger (130), large salad (150)- 280

snack: (wasnt intended but it was someone @ work’s birthday) so 1 cookie (100?) and 1/4 cup soy vanilla ice cream (80)- 180

dinner: chicken cesar salad (350), half piece w/ only one side of tortilla of a tofu quesadilla (70?)-420

Snack: iced sf mcdonalds coffee (110)

calories consumed: 1090, appx left:none hahah might go over with a tangerine, but nothing else..

Water: 4.5 total..didnt complete fully…oh well!

Workout: 47 min elliptical, 45 min weights and abs!

Well, i weighed in this morning and I guess no news is good news. same weight as yesterday, 202.4, which is fine but i still want to work towards hitting onderland on Friday.  I had probably a few too many munchies last night, in addition to not actually being very productive, so tonight im going to the library where i can bring one or two tangerines, but otherwise not snack ANd be productive.

food today:

lunch: large salad with tofu and balsamic (150?), some of pasta (200?), some grapes (75)-425

Dinner: salad (80), 1 slice of honey baked ham (120), small bit of ww spaghetti w/ tofu (350?)-550

snacks: 1 tangerine (40), small small portion of the ww spaghetti with tofu (50), and small coffee w/ splash of soy milk (20)-110

total so far:1085–>done

Water: 7 down haha im done or ill be peeing all night

Full Workout: 45 min elliptical, 50 min weights and abs!! been to the gym 4 days in row! woohoo!

I want to see Onderland on Friday! when snacking, only fruit and protein!!!

Two rewards/short term and long term:

Short term: when I hit Onderland I can go to Victoria’s Secret and spend a giftcard I have, but I can’t do that until I hit onderland

Long term (ish): once I hit 187 which is my original 40 lb weight loss, I can go to the Nike store and get another pair of my favorite $80 workout pants in black (right now I have grey!)!! Woohoo!

I weighed in this morning at 202.4 which is 2.2 lbs lower than yesterday!! Very few carbs, lots of water and working out is the way to go! I know it! I will hit Onderland this week!! I know I will/can, if I keep this plan up and dont get off track!!! I just have to stay focused!!! YAY! what good motivation! I can do this!!

Breakfast: 1 yogurt (80), tea (0), and some iced coffee with a splash of nf milk (20)-100

lunch: bowl of tomato soup (150?), slice of turkey (30), some tofu (100), and 1 tangerine (40)- 320

dinner: salad with balsamic (85), small amount of noodles with grilled tofu (350?), small bite of my friends cake (95?)-total: 530

total so far: 950, appx left: 150

snack left tonight: 1 mango! woohoO! if im still hungry im allowed to go over in cals, but only with a tangerine!

water: 6 bottles done! probably go over at least 2!

workout: 45 min elliptical. 45 min weights and abs!

ok, so i weighed in today, sadly at 204.6. man I am just yo-yoing from 201 to 204 nonstop. ARGH

well, i still think with my no white carb plan I can get to 199 by Friday if I really focus, so my goal is STILL Onderland by Friday.

lunch: large salad (180) and 1/2 a cheese enchilada (80?)-260

snack: 2 tangerines (80)

dinner: some chicken korma (350?), tiny bit of rice (80?) and salad with balsamic vinegar (80)-510

snack: 1 mango (135), plus some random munching (120)

total cals so far: 1105–DONE!

workout: 46 min elliptical, 45 min weights and abs!

water: 6 down 0 to go but I’ll probably have at least 1 more..

I WILL REACH ONEDERLAND BY Friday NO WHITE CARBS and very few whole grain carbs!!! i can do it!
