got up this morning and biked to the gym to complete tiny’s challenge this week.
today’s totals: 2 mile round trip bike ride to the gym + 2.65 miles on the elliptical= 4.65 miles today
total before today: 5.5 miles of cardio this week + total = 10.15 miles = GOAL
Thanks so much for putting this challenge together Tiny! I did not want to post a bathing suit photo so it got my ass in gear!! The psychology of the challenge really works and I love having this support network and accountability! I cant wait to participate in the other challenges. I’m not sure I can participate in next week’s challenge because it’s finals and then im going out of town, but I definitely look forward to pariticpating in the rest to come! Also, I think it would be great if a) they were cumulative and b) sometimes the challenges included staying on track with food or recording EVERYTHING we eat, or something of that sort…because food accountablilty has definitely been a recent issue for me. anyways, YAYAYA
