lunch: sandwich with some turkey and goat cheese, small cup of soup

after gym snack: watermelon

dinner: steak with pesto, ravioli, steamed spinach and a small bite of carrot cake!

snack: part of a delish fancy cupcake store cupcake but im not eating the whole thing at all..just picking at it…and a venti cafe misto (80). i just saw the calories of the cupcake from the cupcake store online and promptly walked the rest of it to my friend’s room for him..I’m so happy i had that self control…my snacking is so in control today…it makes me very happy and empowered. woo hoo

i had the BEST gym workout today. i did 42 minutes on the elliptical– 3 miles total, and then did 35 minutes of weights and abs. and as i was stretching, i did the touching your toes when your legs are together when you are sitting down etc, and FOR THE FIRST TIME ever, I was able to actually hold my toes and hold the stretch!!! i had never been able to do that before!! so! a new flexibility level reached!!! and! i biked to the gym instead of driving which is .9 miles each way, but im not even counting that in tiny’s Workout Miles Challenge this week–so so far im at 5.5 out of my 10 miles completed!! woohooo! and its only tuesday!! and my food is great today and my snacking is totally in control! and on top of everything, my gym buddy/motivator hasnt been able to go recently so my gymming sat, sun, mon and today was all my own motivation!!! double points!!! also, ive been to the gym 4 days in a row including two weekend days! triple points!!!

water: 6 done and still drinking!!! woohoo!

today is going fabulously!! ok off to shower and actually start working!!
