backkk on plan-ish!

so….ive been slipping on the food stuff, but luckily not slipping on the gym. i went both yesterday and today (2 days on the weekend!). for 35 min of cardio and 35-40 of weights and abs, each days!

but, I really need to get back on the good food track.  I havent been doing horribly, but I could definitely be doing better, with less snacking, etc..so yeah…from now on i will be completely tracking my food and what not from now on…also, i leave for spring break on march 19, so my goal is too hit at least 189 by March 18…today while I was at the gym I really was upset that I had let myself get to over 10 lbs past my lowest weight since august…when I had worked so hard to get there… so im really going to focus these next two weeks on keeping myself on track and healthy even though its ead week and then finals week and not let food take over… then when im away on spring break im going to really watch my food but I know ill be walking aroun a lot, and hten in the spring im really going to focus on food tracking and smart choices and the gym and getting down into the low 170s!!

food today:

breakfast: apple

lunch: 1 piece of bread with cheese and salami and some noodles, edamame and tofu

snack: some jelly bellys
