crazy new motivation

so long story short…my friend convinced me to join a dating site for weird/long/complicated reasons. i was skeptical, didnt put much effort in etc, but i did put up pics.

i ended up talking to this guy who mesaged me for a long time tonight and the chemistry is awesome…but he seems too cute for me.  caveat: if we ever met, it wouldn’t be until late may.

that means i have almost 4 months to get my ass in serious shape. and i can do some practice dating in between with some other people on the site before i meet this guy.  oddly, there a quite a few guys interested in me.  but i really like this one guy. we have a ton in common. even though im so skeptical of internet dating lol.

so its time to get myself in serious shape. my personality’s in check. just got to get the body there too. SO excited.  so much to motivate me before I see him..

this has literally changed everything. im working on a paper right now and on a normal night i would have snacked so much…i only had an apple tonight.

this week im SO busy with school work and writing and im going out of town this weekend, but my eating is going to be completely in check this week, and when i get back next week, im getting into the SERIOUS gym 5-6 days a week routine. i can totally do this. i know a guy shouldnt be motivation, but if it can motivate me..why not?

also, this could totally fizzle soon if we stop talking…but so far, ill take whatever motivation i can get.

this past week has been so nuts and i still have tons of stuff due monday and tuesday. tuesday afternoon ill be more or less free..

dont know if ill make it to the gym before tuesday, but i might start watching my food again tomorrow. ha.

ugh–dont wanna gain the weight i lost. ill try to keep it under 1100 tomorrow, let’s see.

good news/bad news

good news: I took an 1.5 hour walk with my friend yesterday

bad news: i didnt go to the gym

good news: I’m completely tracking my food today

bad news: i 100% did not track or watch my food at all yesterday

good news: It’s thursday! meaning tomorrow is friday! (no class! woohoo!)

bad news: I got there hours of sleep last night…I have a paper due today, a paper due monday and a paper due tuesday… i will FINALLY be done on Tuesday at 10:45…thank good, until finals roll around.

ugh, i think that’s okay for now..

Food so Far today:

breakfast: yogurt (100)

no gym today (i’m just too tiredm etc..but food should ideally be on track..)

breakfast: yogurt (80)

lunch: large salad (80), small cup of chicken noodle soup (75), 1/2 piece of ww bread with some turkey, salami and a piece of cheese (210)- 365

dinner: some grilled tofu, shredded pork, some potatoes, 1 small flour tortilla, tiny bit of spinach, and one piece of “Strawberry nutella”- no clue on calorie, lets call in 650

total so far: 1095, appx left: none-ish, but ill have some kind of snack..

aiming for no more than 1100 cals today.

gym this afternoon.

so much work to do, cant let that take me off track.

3 24 oz bottles of water to go, 3 down

Gym workout was excellent this afternoon: 46 min elliptical, 40 min weights and abs!

ps. i was looking at old photos of myself that i found while i was at home last weekend, that i had either never seen before or blocked out of my memory. im pretty sure my highest weight was definitely more than 227. thank god im done with that forever. ive never seen worse pics of me. if i hadnt had my ah-ha moment 1 year ago, seeing these photos would have REALLY gotten me in gear..

i y’all! im back–i went home this weekend. it was great to be home and with my family, even though it was kind of sad circumstances.

anyways-back on track:

breakfast: yogurt (80), coffee with nf milk (25)-105

lunch: small chicken cesar (280)

Snack: chocolate froyo with organic brownie pieces (175)

Snack 2: cream cheese (100), and pretzels (110)-210

total so far: 770, appx left: 330..(bah)
