good news/bad news
General February 5th, 2009good news: I took an 1.5 hour walk with my friend yesterday
bad news: i didnt go to the gym
good news: I’m completely tracking my food today
bad news: i 100% did not track or watch my food at all yesterday
good news: It’s thursday! meaning tomorrow is friday! (no class! woohoo!)
bad news: I got there hours of sleep last night…I have a paper due today, a paper due monday and a paper due tuesday… i will FINALLY be done on Tuesday at 10:45…thank good, until finals roll around.
ugh, i think that’s okay for now..
Food so Far today:
breakfast: yogurt (100)
no gym today (i’m just too tiredm etc..but food should ideally be on track..)
