breakfast: yogurt (80)

lunch: large salad (80), small cup of chicken noodle soup (75), 1/2 piece of ww bread with some turkey, salami and a piece of cheese (210)- 365

dinner: some grilled tofu, shredded pork, some potatoes, 1 small flour tortilla, tiny bit of spinach, and one piece of “Strawberry nutella”- no clue on calorie, lets call in 650

total so far: 1095, appx left: none-ish, but ill have some kind of snack..

aiming for no more than 1100 cals today.

gym this afternoon.

so much work to do, cant let that take me off track.

3 24 oz bottles of water to go, 3 down

Gym workout was excellent this afternoon: 46 min elliptical, 40 min weights and abs!

ps. i was looking at old photos of myself that i found while i was at home last weekend, that i had either never seen before or blocked out of my memory. im pretty sure my highest weight was definitely more than 227. thank god im done with that forever. ive never seen worse pics of me. if i hadnt had my ah-ha moment 1 year ago, seeing these photos would have REALLY gotten me in gear..
