i y’all! im back–i went home this weekend. it was great to be home and with my family, even though it was kind of sad circumstances.

anyways-back on track:

breakfast: yogurt (80), coffee with nf milk (25)-105

lunch: small chicken cesar (280)

Snack: chocolate froyo with organic brownie pieces (175)

Snack 2: cream cheese (100), and pretzels (110)-210

total so far: 770, appx left: 330..(bah)
