General January 23rd, 2009brunch: tiny bit of scrambeled eggs, one piece of ww toast, some roasted potatoes, and one mini twix bar
snack: 100 cal bag of popcorn and 1/2 smirnoff ice
dinner: some lasagna, small bit of cesar salad, 1 cookie
