trying to be on track today
General January 22nd, 2009booo it’s rainy here–that’s lame
breakfast: one yogurt (35), some heart to heart and nf milk
lunch: 2 pieces of pizza and some grapes (in all honesty, I really could have done with just one piece, so, lameo for me..)
snack: nf latte
dinner: cheese enchiladas and rice
snack: cottage cheese and a small bit of brie and pretzels
BAH too much cheese and carbs today, not enough protein and veggies,w ill focus on that tom.
workout: 52 min cardio (treadmill, started jogging again), 15 mi abs

Yuck! I hate winter rain! We are getting that tonight. Blech! I would rather have snow than cold rain.
Dont worry about the extra pizza. Dont beat yourself up. Right now just worry about recording it all down, drinking a ton of water, and working out. Think about portions later when you get your bearings.
