semi new plan-ish kinda
General November 11th, 2008my self did not like the threat of weight watchers. but something had to be done!
so, i bought two super cute pocket sized moleskine journals on amazon which should be delivered in 2 days. ill pick whichever is cuter/feels “right” to use first and I will carry it with me everywhere. i will write down EVERYTHING i eat in it, no matter where I am. at the beginning, i may even bring it with me to the kitchen, as a reminder that i have to write down Everything I eat, and I may even start a “why are you eating this?” section, asking myself if I’m hungry etc etc, why im looking for food, etc. this is serious and accountability is a huge issue. as much as i really love love having a blog, it’s easy to ignore when that’s what i need. hopefully a notebook and more tangible accountabilit tool will work and help get me back on track.
very excited. of course at 2/3 am i always have brilliant ideas on how to get myself back on track, it’s during the day and night when im working that everything is a problem.
well, anything’s worth a shot.

Does the journal thing work? I found writing down everything I eat helped a little. But I stop doing it after a while. Instead my trainer told me that it’s better if I plan my diet out for the day and eat by that schedule instead. That way you’re on a set diet and you don’t eat beyond that. Good luck!

i’m with you. if i could just get into the 70’s, i think i would be super motivated. but, then again, if i hit the 90’s… ugh i don’t want to even know how i’d feel. defeated for sure. c’mon, let’s do this.
