again
General November 10th, 2008goal again for this week is 185. think i might play around with calories/mini fasts/ more liquids this week to see if I can jump start anything. obviously I also need to go to the gym, which I plan on doing. i just need to make it to 179, and then i know i’ll be back on track fully.

moving it around is good. quite often I have to eat more to jumpstart a loss. Last week I skipped a lot of meals - didn’t really snack, and gained. You’re doin’ this! Delita
