General November 7th, 2008when i get off track for one day, i get off track for the week.
im not going to make my goal for this week, in fact i think i gained 2-3 lbs from last week.
i wish this was easier. i’m still working out almost ever day, but really not watching my food that much. and obviously not tracking it. i want to fit into my size 12 clothing, but obviously not enough.
i just dont even know how to fully re-motivate myself. im so volatile…

Its okay,
Today is a new day, fresh with no mistakes in it. That is the blessing of a new day. Forgive yourself for being human and start fresh today. I know that you can get back into the swing of things. Try and look to the future to an event that will help inspire you. Then do what sistha Pat does and try and have the perfect day. Then another, and another until it is a week. I know that you can do this.

There’s no limit to the amount of times you can start over. When you eff it up, start over. It’s all you can do. The fact that you’re keeping up with your exercise is AWESOME!
