monday and trying to be on track
General 1 Comment »Lunch: salad (175?), and some rice and chicken tikka massala (200?)-375
Snack: Apple (60) and some candy BOO i shouldnt have cave (70)-130
Dinner: salad (120) and some tofu pasta (400?)-520
Snack: some pretzels (110) and cheese (130)-240
total: 1265- higher than i’d like, but not terrible
gym: 10 min treadmill, 33 min elliptical and abs. and omg my legs hurt SO much from squats yesterday with a 20 lb barbell on my shoulder BAH.
OH YA: make sure you GO OUT AND VOTE TODAY! IT REALLY REALLY REALLY MATTERS.
