sunday and back on track!
General 1 Comment »got up and had a great workout this morning, best i had a in a while. went to the gym and did 45 min on the treadmill, 3 miles in 42 minutes, and then some cool down. also did about 40 min weights and abs which was great.
really happy with my workout.
had late lunch with a friend: scrambeled egg whites, some whole wheat toast, some turkey apple sausage, some potatoes and a bit of coffee cake. kind of a lot, but my main meal of the day. will have a small dinner.
dinner: thai food! lots of it, all split with my friend, so yummy.
went to a concert tonight, made me so so happy. all is well right now. back to cal counting and a full workout tomorrow again!
