Going to Lose: My Weightloss Journey!

So, I weighed in the morning at 187, so I’m down a lb, but didnt reach my goal for the week.  However, I’m still glad I’m down a pound. I know I really need to be more disciplined with the gym next week, because that really could have gotten another pound off, but I just didnt do it enough this week since I was so exhausted and slightly sick.  so, i know that the formula to my weight loss is to a) always get a really good/full night’s sleep so that i can always go to the gym and put forth my full energy, b) eat well and really watch my calories, food choices, and portions and c) going to the gym consistently and doing cardio, weights and abs.

yes, goals for next week starting today until next friday (i’ve moved weigh ins to fridays)

1) go to the gym at least 4 if not 5 times before next friday, starting today

2) get at least 7 hours of sleep every night

3) stay on track and in control of food and portions

food so far today:

lunch: large salad (130?), some steamed rice (150), a bit of tofu with musrooms (100), 1 fun size snickers (70) and a few gummy bears (45)- 495–>high lunch, oops

must get back to the gym! tomorrow or Sunday! gahhhh
