monday in control!
General 3 Comments »my total on plan-ness worked yesterday! the scale is moving down! thank goodness! if I just continue to be in control, my weight will finally be moving down to uncharted territory! woohoo! goal for this week: 186 if not 185! I can do it! in control yayayay!
breakfast: just some tea because I dont eat breakfast on mondays/wednesdays because I wake up late, go to class and then come back and have lunch!
lunch: large salad with mixed greens (40), 2 egg whites (32), some apple (20), cucumbers (5) and some carrot (20) and lots of balsamic vinegar (50) [salad total: 170], spaghetti bolognese and 1 cheese ravioli (250?)- 420
Snack: Plum (40)
Dinner: Salad with Spinach (25), some apple (20), some dried cranberries (15), and balsamic vinegar (40)- [100 for salad], pilau rice (115), chicken tikka masala (210), small piece of bread (80), and small bite of apple cobbler with whipped cream (110)- 615 (gah! dinner was higher than I had wanted it to be, but still within calories as LONG as I can stay in control with my snack tonight, at 100 calories max! I must!!
Snack: 100 cal bag of popcorn (100) [i loveeeeeeee 100 cal bags of popcorn! i can eat the wholllle bag and keep it alll to myself and its 100 calories! YUM!!], and some cottage cheese (40), and i resisted candy in my kitchen, took my popped popcorn, and went right up to my room! even saying no to that one piece of bite sized candy was such a coup! - 140 total
Total so far: 1215–> done, i wish it had been 100-200 calories lower, because im trying to gain ground this week. but im okay with it. and DONE
Workout: 48 minutes on the elliptical and 10 min abs!
