last night/yesterday ended up not being so good because I was up till 4:30am and therefore ate/munched a lot and got way off perfect day plan, didnt get a lot of sleep, and the scale showed it. ugh. im yo-yoing soo much. i just want to be out of the 180s, but i know that only comes with controlled eating. ugh. this is lame
