ughhh
General October 22nd, 2008last night/yesterday ended up not being so good because I was up till 4:30am and therefore ate/munched a lot and got way off perfect day plan, didnt get a lot of sleep, and the scale showed it. ugh. im yo-yoing soo much. i just want to be out of the 180s, but i know that only comes with controlled eating. ugh. this is lame

i’m with you. how do we stop the night binging? i’m doing everything right during the day, but i’m sabotaging myself after 6p. i SO want to get out of the 80’s too. c’mon girl, we can do this.
