Tuesday and I’m thinking Perfect day and thinking like a skinny!
General October 21st, 2008Breakfast: apple (70) and hot tea-70
Lunch: salad with veggies, chicken breast, egg white (185), macaroni and cheese (280)- 465
Snack to come: plum (35)
Dinner: pork chop (175), polenta (150), tiny bit of ice cream and apple spice cake (200)- 525
Snack: Some wild rice pilaf (145?)
Total: 1240–>DONE!
Workout: 35 min elliptical and 50 minute yogalates!
also the scale is showing definite improvement! WOOHOO!
