Tuesday and I’m thinking Perfect day and thinking like a skinny!

Breakfast: apple (70) and hot tea-70

Lunch: salad with veggies, chicken breast, egg white (185), macaroni and cheese (280)- 465

Snack to come: plum (35)

Dinner: pork chop (175), polenta (150), tiny bit of ice cream and apple spice cake (200)- 525

Snack: Some wild rice pilaf (145?)

Total: 1240–>DONE!

Workout: 35 min elliptical and 50 minute yogalates!

also the scale is showing definite improvement! WOOHOO!

It’s nighttime, how did you end up? Perfect? Even if not perfect, at least you’re back in the game… you skinny thinker.
