well, i weighed myself this morning, vowing to get back on track, and I weighed a whopping/shocking 188 lbs. ya, i gained 3 lbs this week.  that’s pretty horrifying. apparently (ha!) alcohol and unhealthy munchies really do add up.  i think i was of the mindset, that oh a few tortilla chips wont count, oh a 2nd serving wont count, oh cream cheese and pretzels dont add up.  well, clearly they do, and I guess it’s a lesson i needed to learn the hard way.  i was more than 1/2 way down to 180 before, and now I’m so close to being back to 190, which is scary.

well, i guess i Needed this wake up call. i can only blame myself, and now instead of being 6 lbs away from 179, im 9 lbs away, and thats my own fault. time to buck up i suppose. man, it’s a bummer, but at least i caught it before i was back in the horrid 200s.

Now I really need to get serious about my food choices, sleep, exercise, and fitting into those size 12s asap.

le sigh. how sad.

Breakfast: 1 yogurt (80), some honey nut cheerios (40), 1/2 banana (55)-175
