life is still hectic. ugh. i need routine

hi everyone.

so im back at school, but school doesnt start for another week. im getting the house where im working together, which is really fun, but crazy, and not routine. i really need to get back into a daily routine with food, exercise and blogging. that was the key to my weightloss this summer and last year, and it has to continue in order for me to continue losing.  i definitely wont make it to any goal i had by the 22, (to reach 180) and in fact, i know ive gained a pound or two and really my goal should be to get to 184 by next week when school is going to start.  i havent been to the gym or excersized in a long time, but im planning on going to the gym tomorrow and starting back on a good cycle. im also going to start tracking my food again tomorrow, even if they are not the best choices, i still need to get back in the habit of thinking about what i eat, and making those right choices. i also know that i havent been drinking enough water, so i also think im holding onto some water weight, so im also really going to try and drink more water and really try to lose any water weight i have.

im sorry that i keep making promises and plans to get back to blogging and then i dont. it’s just so hard without a routine and with having such an erratic schedule, and i really feel like im letting myself down after all the hard work ive done, so i really need to start blogging to get myself back on track and to get back into all of your blogs, and get your support, and give support, and get back into this incredible positive community which has helped me so much.  and i really appreciate all of you all who keep me on the ball and ask me where i am, etc. i cant lose sight of what i’ve done, and what i can continue to accomplish, and i need to keep working hard and pushing.

so! i’ll be back tomorrow! with a real blog and hopefully good water consumption, healthy food choices and blogging, and hopefully, a trip to the gym. i havent worked out or jogged or lifted weights in such a long time, and i really need to get back into that. so hopefully it will be tomorrow! wish me luck all!

finally on track!

oh my goodness, im finally on fricking track, my last day at home.  i planned out my food the night before, and i got up this morning, and did the treadmill and a tiny bit of weights and abs.  ugh, i cant wait to get back to school so that i can get back into the gym and back on tracking my food and blogging everyday! also, ive kinda lost my jogging mojo, but maybe it will come back once im back at school.  we can only hope

food so far today:

Pre-workout: ½ banana (55)
Brunch: cereal ½ cup (70), milk, ¾  cup (70), strawberries (40), egg whites (90)-270
Snack:  apple (80), g sk vanilla latte (100)-180

Total so far: 505  appx left: 690

Workout: 50 min treadmill, 15 min weights and abs and a dog walk to come this afternoon

it feels so good to be back on track and blogging. going back to school tomorrow! WOOHOO!

ugh, need to be back in a productive setting

must get back to school. being home is NOT productive to eating well, exercising a lot, blogging, food tracking etc etc. especially since i spend a good amount of my time procrastinating.

ugh i do not have much self control here. but i do walk my dog and have done the treadmill a couple of times. but ive lost my jogging mojo. i need to be back at school, track my food and blog everyday, and go to the gym and do full workouts.

blah, at least im going back to school soon!

hope you all are well! home makes me a slacker. lame. hope i can get back on track soon

I’m BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello CHICKS! Long time no talk, I know!! Well the last few weeks have been totally crazy, so I’ll give a brief but detailed update so y’all know whats what. ALSO I really appreciate all of your comments wondering where I was! It made me really happy and kept me on track, and I couldn’t wait to get back on the site and start blogging again!

So a few weeks ago, or whenever my last post was, I was finishing up my summer job on campus, then I had to pack up my apartment, take stuff to storage, fly home, unpack and repack for a trip, and then I left the country for a lovely 2 week jaunt down in the Southern Hemisphere. I was down there with my family, and we were sharing one laptop, so I was a bit too wary to blog while sharing the computer, since I really like keeping my blog anonymous and private from my family and friends, and I think that’s one of the reasons I’ve been so successful at it.

Soooo in regards to food and exercise, I wasn’t exactly on track the last few weeks, and I’m pretty sure/worried I’ve gained a few pounds. So starting back today (now that i’m back home) I’m tracking my food and exercise and trying to increased my water intake in case i’ve gained some water weight too. I’d still like to reach my goal of 177 by September 18th, but I think a more reasonable goal that I want to reach, if I dont make 177 is definitely to hit 180 by September 18th. Also, I haven’t had an official weigh in a few weeks on the scale I always use since it’s up at school. But I was weighed 2 weeks ago before my trip down here and I’ll use that scale again this Thursday, hopefully jut to ensure that I’m losing weight, and then I’ll get back to official weigh ins a week from Thursday when I’m back at school. My main goal this week is to stay at 1200 calories every day to get myself back on track and to cleanse my body, and do 45 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weights and abs everyday. I go back to school on Monday to do some preparations for my house, so that’ll be crazy too, so I really need too stay on track there as well, but I’m really focusing on these next 5 days right now, to see if I can’t undo some of the most recent vacation damage.

So, to conclude, I’M BACK!! How are you all doing? What’s new in your lives??

Total so far: 1350–> a little over where I wanted but I’m done for the day.

No exercise today, but I will be getting a good night’s sleep and be back on the treadmill tomorrow, hopefully with a full workout.
