oh my goodness, im finally on fricking track, my last day at home.  i planned out my food the night before, and i got up this morning, and did the treadmill and a tiny bit of weights and abs.  ugh, i cant wait to get back to school so that i can get back into the gym and back on tracking my food and blogging everyday! also, ive kinda lost my jogging mojo, but maybe it will come back once im back at school.  we can only hope

food so far today:

Pre-workout: ½ banana (55)
Brunch: cereal ½ cup (70), milk, ¾  cup (70), strawberries (40), egg whites (90)-270
Snack:  apple (80), g sk vanilla latte (100)-180

Total so far: 505  appx left: 690

Workout: 50 min treadmill, 15 min weights and abs and a dog walk to come this afternoon

it feels so good to be back on track and blogging. going back to school tomorrow! WOOHOO!
