I’m BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
General 3 Comments »Hello CHICKS! Long time no talk, I know!! Well the last few weeks have been totally crazy, so I’ll give a brief but detailed update so y’all know whats what. ALSO I really appreciate all of your comments wondering where I was! It made me really happy and kept me on track, and I couldn’t wait to get back on the site and start blogging again!
So a few weeks ago, or whenever my last post was, I was finishing up my summer job on campus, then I had to pack up my apartment, take stuff to storage, fly home, unpack and repack for a trip, and then I left the country for a lovely 2 week jaunt down in the Southern Hemisphere. I was down there with my family, and we were sharing one laptop, so I was a bit too wary to blog while sharing the computer, since I really like keeping my blog anonymous and private from my family and friends, and I think that’s one of the reasons I’ve been so successful at it.
Soooo in regards to food and exercise, I wasn’t exactly on track the last few weeks, and I’m pretty sure/worried I’ve gained a few pounds. So starting back today (now that i’m back home) I’m tracking my food and exercise and trying to increased my water intake in case i’ve gained some water weight too. I’d still like to reach my goal of 177 by September 18th, but I think a more reasonable goal that I want to reach, if I dont make 177 is definitely to hit 180 by September 18th. Also, I haven’t had an official weigh in a few weeks on the scale I always use since it’s up at school. But I was weighed 2 weeks ago before my trip down here and I’ll use that scale again this Thursday, hopefully jut to ensure that I’m losing weight, and then I’ll get back to official weigh ins a week from Thursday when I’m back at school. My main goal this week is to stay at 1200 calories every day to get myself back on track and to cleanse my body, and do 45 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weights and abs everyday. I go back to school on Monday to do some preparations for my house, so that’ll be crazy too, so I really need too stay on track there as well, but I’m really focusing on these next 5 days right now, to see if I can’t undo some of the most recent vacation damage.

Total so far: 1350–> a little over where I wanted but I’m done for the day.
No exercise today, but I will be getting a good night’s sleep and be back on the treadmill tomorrow, hopefully with a full workout.
