Free Saturday!!
General 1 Comment »This is the first free Saturday that I have had in weeks. I have no schedule except to go to the gym, run a couple of errands and clean my apartment. I didnt realize before that by having so many plans with friends, it can end up making the weekend stressful, by never having a day to myself, with no schedule. So today is that day! I’m going too go off to the gym in a minute, and do a full workout. I’ve also decided to take advantage of the fact that I’m not eating out at all today, to be really careful with my food and keep the carbs low, etc, because I know that it’s going to be harder tomorrow when I’m eating out with a friend and baking etc.
so today:
pre-gym food: yogurt (65), cereal (35), 1/2 banaa (55)- 155
off to the gym now! i’ll be back later!!!
