Summer Weight Loss Plan is on a Roll!!
General June 26th, 2008Lost 2.2 lbs this week leaving me at 193.4! I’m slowly inching out of the 90s, and plan on jumping into the eighties within two weeks! Just have to stay on track! But now everything is finally good for the summer. I’ve worked out my schedule so I’m doing my full workout 5-6 days a week, I’m not too tired, and I’m eating right most of the time. I would love to maintain this 2 pound per week loss, so I’ve got to keep it up and stay on track, especially during the weekends, too. That’s what I’m really going to focus on this weekend.
Alright, back after work. YAY ME!
Breakfast: 1/2 banana (55), yogurt (70), cereal (35), 1/2 cup of milk (45)-205
Lunch: pb2 and sf jelly sandwich on wheat bread (145), sf jello (10), carrots and celery (45)-200
Snacks: strawberries (60), nf sf vanilla latte (110), almonds (60), 1/4 cup of cottage cheese (40), 1 piece homemade wheat bread (53) and 1 tbsp of nf cream cheese (15)-338
Dinner: mini frozen pizza (290), salad (110), 3 potstickers and soy sauce (100)-500
Dessert: frozen yogurt (135)
Snack: some cottage cheese (40)
total cals eaten so far today: 1418–>Done
Workout: 47 min elliptical

What is all of this while I’ve been gone??? A lighter, speedier version of YOU has emerged! You are happening now there, chick!
C25k, ??? Do what ya want with it ! I used it as a tool to keep from overdoing it when I started out. Can’t tell ya much about the 200 yards ‘n stuff like pod casts,etc. I didn’t have one so I went by time. I drove around here and figured out some land marks for miles and after I was running a couple of miles straight (as memory serves me) I went my own way cause that’s the kinda girl I am!
Sure is nice to have another runner on board!
Looks like I’m going to have to get a wiggle on, you’re zooming up behind me fast dropping pounds like a mad woman! Yeehaaa!

Thanks for checking up on me! It looks like your doing well yourself. It’s hard when your losing weight more slowly than when you first started to keep up the motivation, but I’m trying and it great to see someone else doing it too.

What is pb2? is it a healthier peanut butter. I refused to buy any peanut butter at the store because they seemed so high in points for ww.
