i had a pretty shitty food day, which sucks, especially because tomorrow is a weigh in day. so tonights dinner is going to be REALLY light and totally carb free. gah, i was doing so well, and then we went to such a good place for lunch. i’m doing really well when I pack my lunch, but I need to learn how to eat well out, and also i need to not eat food like chow mein, even if it’s in the office. garrrr. well, im going to the gym now, for a full workout, and then having a super light and healthy dinner. Workout: 18 min treadmill, 33 min elliptical, 1hr+ weights and abs. hopefully this AWESOME workout counteracted some of my lame food today!
