Yeah the weight loss was very fast the first 3 weeks. I was on holiday and so eating less because of lie ins and early nights, and walking loads during the days. The fourth week i was back from the holiday hence it dropped to a 1pound loss. This week i’ve been back at university, and think i’ve actually gained this week! I’m not on any plan. Just attempting to eat better, but often failing! I am a vegetarian and gluten intolerant though. musical
