Sorry I have been MIA for a few days… There was so much going on with the packing, moving and unpacking…  Everything is finally put away though-

I love the new place!  It is awesome!

My bike trip to work/from work is 25 minutes each way!  (uphill on the way there)  It is a great workout!

Well, I have to start dinner so gotta run for now!

Hello Everyone!  :) :) 

I am so tired today!  I am out of work though so I am planning on taking a nap now so that should help, eh?  I didn’t stay up too late! 

The weekend was wonderful!!  The weather wasn’t that great so we decided to go to the Air Zoo(an airplane/space muesum) and it was awesome!  My first time going- I really enjoyed it!  I have some great pics from the day!  later in the evening we went out with some of John’s co-workers.  It was fun-

On Sunday- we did laundry and then went to the gym and then saw the new Wolverine movie after I made some yummy dinner.

I gained .6 @ Thursday’s weigh in.  On paper it doesn’t seem to make sense, but how well did I really track…  I am not the best at measuring- I have made it a challenge to measure as much as possible this week in hopes to trim out the extra points I might not realize I am getting! 

I had a great work out yesterday @ gym.  I am training to hopefully Jog/Run/Walk a 5K in Aug.  I can walk one now, but I want to Run/Jog if I can… :)  I did 15 minutes of Jogging yesterday-  Here was the plan I followed

  • 5 Min Warm Up @ 2.0 mph
  • 3 Min Jog @ 4.0 mph
  • 3 Min Walk @ 3.5 mph
  • 3 Min Jog @ 4.0 mph
  • 3 Min Walk @ 3.5 mph
  • 3 Min Jog @ 4.0 mph
  • 3 Min Walk @ 3.5 mph
  • 3 Min Jog @ 4.0 mph
  • 3 Min Walk @ 3.5 mph
  • 3 Min Jog @ 4.0 mph
  • 18 Min Walk @ 3.5 mph
  • 10 Min Cool Down @ 2.0- moving down to 1.0

So this was 60 minutes and I ended up doing 3.25 Miles in that time…  I will start adding Jog time and then increase length for consecutive jogging.  :)  I started out doing 1 min at a time and only about 4 minutes total in an hour work out.  I am seeing progress already after 3 weeks of my training… Now John and I just need to sign up for the 5K.  :)

Today we are going to a cool little tourist town, Frankenmuth… We are going to explore and do a carriage ride, and get some yummy dinner.  This evening we are going out with some of his work collueges and John is going to buy me a new shirt to wear as all my cute shirts are way to big… I need a cute outfit to go out to the bar with them, right?  :) :)  I will take some pics from today and post them tomorrow so you can see all the fun!

Hello everyone-

I had my WW meeting last night- It was crazy because the power was out but the scales worked still so we got to weigh in and have a meeting!  I weighed in at 205.2 last night which mean I have lose 26.4 lbs since starting WW at the end of Jan.  I got my 25 lb washer to put on my 10% keychain!  It is awesomely cool-  My next personal goal is 199 which is only 6.2 lbs away…..  I think that is doable! 

The meeting was a good one also- How to keep negative self talk out of your head!  I have a big problem with this… It was a good meeting topic and a reminder that I am working on being nicer to me!

My boyfriend is graduating today from his master’s program!  It is an exciting day!!  Well, I have to clean the place up in case anyone wants to come over after the cereamony!  :)

Well, I have had a busy weekend of being a hermit!  The weather was lovely, but I was stuck inside most of the time writing papers… I had 3 to work on and I did finish two of them so that was good….  This is finals week though so I still have one more paper to write before Wed. but I have to study for 3 finals- 2 tomorrow and 1 on Wednesday-  This will be a busy stress filed week.  I need to take some time to prep easy meals… I just had a big burger and fries for lunch which was yummy, but VERY pointy!  I need to plan better cause I can’t eat like this all week now can I? 

Oh, also to add to stress We are moving in a few weeks so I need to go through all of our stuff and purge some… I have to help my BF purge a bunch of stuff from his storage unit also as it has to all go into our new little house with not much storage but more than our APT. 

And I am trying to find a full-time job for summer, If no one calls me soon I might just go to Mcdonald’s as long as i can get full-time I don’t care!  I need to be able to pay the rent at our new place… LOL  My current job is off for 3 weeks for break (work at college, but I don’t think I can afford to pay for 3 credits to work there this summer so I need something else).  Grrrr….
