I want to weigh 150 lbs because….

I am commited to changing my habbits to reach my goal of 150 lbs. 

 

This is an entry from my journal from 12/1/2008.  I just wanted to remind myself what I am working for.  I have been frustrated with little loses the past few weeks, but I have now lost 30lbs since Septebmer.  I was 248 on 9/8/2008 and I currently weigh 218.4.  That is really awesome!  I need to starting pushing the postive on myself… I have been extremely negative and not very nice to myself, but I am on a mission to love myself…  I am a great person and I should be treating me like it.  :) Me and the laundry

    that’s a good list! I also am trying to feel in control around food. no matter how much weight you lose, having control around food takes a lot of practice and hard work! Im going to have to work on that for ever. my kitty is doing much better, thanks :) his bandage came off yesterday and of course he licked the scab to where it was bleeding! but now it looks ok, LOL his tail is shorter though. ugh…

    yes you are!! Why are we our own worst enemies? would we ever be so hard on someone else as we are on ourselves? maybe the answer is to treat ourselves the way we like to treat others…LOL Instead of the treat others as you would treat yourself! LOL

    Very nice goals! My mom is the one in my family with tybe 2 diabetes so I understand that one as it is one of my motives also.
