Sunday Munchies!

Hello out there-

I am updating my blog because I feel like a cookie monster today.  I really am having trouble not snacking.  I am over on daily points and have started in on flexies, but I don’t want to eat them all… it is only 5:00 pm and I haven’t even eaten dinner yet!

Here is what I have eaten-

  1. 2 cups cheerios & skim milk
  2. 3 pieces french toast  (light bread)
  3. Turkey burger with cheese on bun and Mayo (x 2) Mucho Points here….
  4. Large bowl of Popcorn- oil popped on the stove

I still feel hungry but I am drinking water now instead of snacking. 

I wanted to post some pics from my anniversary date, but my camera is MIA.  I think it may be in my car… hopefully!

Well, I just ate dinner.  I met my DBF at our favorite fallefal place.  I almost ate all my weekly points now too, but I am finally not hungry….. I am glad to have gotten that out of my system.  On a side note, I love my boyfriend.  He is just wonderful.  :)

    hang in there girl - go for a walk, drink more water, chew gum, whatever you need to do. You’ll feel better in the end.
